Robert has over thirty years' experience in co-ordinating the functions of sourcing, production and marketing world-wide. He has extensive operational knowledge and connections at all levels of Government and Trade in Tanzania. Robert has overseen the acquisition and development of the operations at Katoro. His experience of local culture and desire to improve working and living conditions for Artisans and their families will ensure the best possible results for employees as well shareholders.
During his professional career as a chemical engineer, Anthony has designed and overseen the building of chemical plants for use in separation processes and the treatment of the resultant waste around the world. He spent eight years as liaison officer for UK Government Inspectorate ensuring compliance by chemical plants operators, including ICI, with all Pollution Regulations. Tony's expertise will be invaluable to the company as it builds new plants and seeks greater efficiency in its processing and refining activities.
Hilton started his banking career in 1995 with Commonwealth Bank of Australia. During the next 15 years he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of Banking and Corporate Development. He went on to become Chief Operating Officer, International Business, with Arab Bank Australia, before establishing and running Doha Bank Australia from 2012 - 2024.
Hilton has been a member of the Overseas Bankers Association of Australia for 14 years and has served as its President. He has considerable knowledge of fundraising in his native Australia and across Asia. His experience makes him very well placed to guide the company through the company's muti million dollar fundraising.
